**About the role**

We are looking for a new Team Leader to join the MPS team to help manage our contract with one of Melbourne's most prestigious schools.

You will be responsible for overseeing the high level of cleaning provided to this school. Lead and supervise your team whilst working in a hands-on role.

**Key Details**:

- Full time role starting ASAP
- Monday to Friday
- Base rate + super

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide and ensure a high standard of all cleaning in and around the school including periodicals
- Train and mentor staff onsite
- Develop a strong working relationship with the client's representative as well as your Client Relationship Manager and Supervisor.
- Manage OH&S compliance and periodical cleaning activities across the school

**Skills and experience**:

- Supervisory or Team Leader experience with the ability to train and lead a team (essential)
- Strong cleaning background
- Customer service/client focused
- Sound understanding of OHS in the workplace preferred
- Strong communication skills with a good command of English
- High attention to detail when cleaning
