Are you a fit and motivated individual looking to join a reputable Builders Site Clean and Bulk Spoil Removal company? PROCON is currently seeking dedicated Labourers to join our team on a full-time basis in Craigieburn, Melbourne.

A HR/HC license is preferred but not required as this position offers the opportunity to expand your skillset and obtain licenses and machine tickets where necessary.

With plenty of overtime opportunities available, this role provides a chance to grow and develop within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labouring tasks, including site clean-up, debris removal, and assisting with bulk spoil removal.
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, as well as the transport of construction site waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • HR/HC license is preferred but not required. Willingness to obtain licenses or machine tickets is a plus.
  • Previous experience in construction or a similar industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
