About this role:

We are seeking an experienced cleaning professional to join our team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a group of cleaning staff, ensuring that they deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising cleaning staff to ensure they meet the required standards;
  • Providing guidance and support to staff members to help them improve their skills and knowledge;
  • Inspecting sites to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements and other relevant legislation;
  • Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement;
  • Maintaining accurate records of site inspections and staff performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of cleaning practices and related machinery;
  • The ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients;
  • Leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure;
  • Familiarity with OHS practices and legislation.
