The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with best-practice hiring processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company that values its employees and offers a supportive and inclusive work environment.What you'll do:Develop, design and execute strategic recruitment plans that are in line with business needsLead recruitment drives, including engagement with schools, universities, and attendance at employment expos to build talent pipelinesPerform in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of talent trends and competitive hiring practices.Proactively source high quality candidates using diverse channelsDraft and post job advertisements across relevant job boards, company careers pages, and social media platformsCoordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers to identify top talent.Prepare and deliver employment offers and contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards.Oversee the migration process for international hires by collaborating closely with migration agents.Champion employer branding efforts to attract and retain high-calibre talent.What you bring:Demonstrated expertise in a senior recruitment capacity, preferably in-house within a comparable sector.A strong understanding of recruitment strategies, innovative sourcing techniques, and talent pipeline development.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.The agility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.What sets this company apart:Polyaire is a leading company that values its employees and offers a supportive and inclusive work environment.
