Our Adelaide office is two years in and absolutely flying.
We're now looking for an experienced recruiter to help us take things to the next level.
You'll join a tight-knit, high-performing team that's building long-term partnerships across the Early Childhood sector.
It's a blend of hustle and heart: business development is critical, but so is nurturing lasting, meaningful relationships with educators and centres alike.

What makes this role special?You'll lead the charge on Early Childhood permanent placements, matching high-quality educators with exceptional centres across South Australia You'll own your desk, with real opportunity to influence growth and shape the way we do things You'll work with a down-to-earth team who genuinely care about each other and the work we do You'll be backed by ANZUK'S national reach, training, and infrastructure, but with full room to make your mark locally What you'll do: Build and grow your client portfolio through proactive business development Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent roles in Early Childhood education Create exceptional candidate experiences, from first contact through to placement and beyond Cultivate long-term partnerships with centres and educators Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding service You'll thrive in this role if you: Bring 1–3+ years' experience in recruitment, business development, or account management Are confident building strong client relationships and navigating a competitive market Have excellent communication skills and a human-first approach Are tenacious, positive, and ready to help scale something special Have a genuine interest in education and purpose-driven work (experience in the sector is great, but not essential)Hold full working rights in Australia and are willing to obtain a Working with Children Check What's in it for you?Team bonus structure with uncapped earning potential Hybrid working, balance office energy with work-from-home flexibility Breakfast, snacks and regular team socials Structured training and leadership development Volunteer leave and wellbeing initiatives Access to global mobility (UK, USA, NZ and more)About us ANZUK Education is a global education recruitment agency operating across Australia, the UK, USA, Canada and New Zealand.
