Crew Chief to join our Infrastructure - Survey Geospatial Team at our Norwell, MA office.YOUR IMPACTCHA's comprehensive approach to survey and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) is the hallmark of a successful project.
Our approach includes a variety of tools and skillsets from boots on the ground to advanced measurement technology including the use of drones.
We are focused on putting all the elements together to create sustainable solutions that result in accurate and precise work.The Sr.
Crew Chief is responsible for using their thorough surveying knowledge to lead the field crew through survey assignments including planning and evaluating proposed field survey projects.
The professional in this role is responsible for field crew activities including implementing and adhering to prescribed quality assurance measures and providing professional representation to clients while working at project sites.
The Sr.

REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma required; Associate degree and/or Bachelor's degree preferredNSPS-CST Level II certification preferred; NSPS-CST Level III certification a plusLSIT or PLS preferredValid US driver's license requiredMinimum of 8 years of related experience requiredMA DOT experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office is preferredKnowledge of AutoCAD design software & MicroStation software is preferredGood oral and written communicationsDemonstrates proficient knowledge about the surveying industryStrong ability to work in a team environmentDemonstrates a willingness to provide assistance to mid-to-senior level individualsAbility and desire to meet client driven schedulesMust be able to carry equipment over rough, uneven terrain, and physically navigate varying field conditionsAbility to travel short-term is requiredAbility to work outdoors in different weather conditions requiredAbility to represent him/herself and the company in a professional manner to the general publicSALARY RANGE:$30.76 - $37.25Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.CULTURE/EEO STATEMENTAt CHA, we work every day to create solutions, help people, and improve our world, committed to creating and fostering excellence in our diverse and highly talented teams.
