We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to join one of our government clients for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Implement a comprehensive change management plan, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Demonstrate high levels of negotiation and influencing skills to achieve objectives in an environment that is often complex and ambiguous
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of change communications
- Liaising with different key stakeholders of the business

**Experience Required***
- Relevant tertiary qualification (organisational change, human resources, organisational psychology), professional change management certification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Change Lead or in a similar change management role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing requirements and to provide support to others in an environment of change
- Strong influencing, liaison and negotiation skills in potentially complex situations
