Learning And Development Executive

About the RoleAs the Learning and Development Executive for Online Programs, you will work closely with the Learning and Development (L&D) and Learning Design teams.
You will be responsible for an extensive portfolio of online, virtual and workshop-based learning products, and CPA Australia learning content including the engagement and management of subject matter experts and content providers.
You will hold responsibility for a range of member learning experiences, capability and content areas, to ensure the achievement of strategic targets relating to quality and commercial sustainability.
In addition to developing high-quality learning experiences, you will manage each product, the overall product mix and product lifecycle, review the external market and relevant data, and implement new products and learning innovations in response to market trends and member learning needs.
You will also assist the L&D team in delivering key initiatives and projects as part of an integrated professional development offer.
This is a fixed-term contract to 18 September 2026.About YouYou will bring current education or learning & development experience with knowledge of adult learning and learning design practice.
