This is a rare opportunity to join a newly expanded Executive Leadership Team and shape the future of education across more than 230 member schools and 145,000 students.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this role offers a high-level opportunity to influence strategy and contribute to work that is varied, meaningful and impactful.Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of high-impact learning programs for education professionals.Collaborate with thought leaders and build trusted networks.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in learning design.Contribute to ISV's strategic direction and member value proposition.The Successful Applicant Deep expertise in professional learning theory and practice.Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or a related field.Proven experience in strategic program design and delivery.Outstanding facilitation and coaching skills.Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities.A collaborative mindset and commitment to innovation and equity.What's on Offer If you are interested in a confidential conversation about this opportunity, please contact Samantha Fernando on or email requesting a candidate pack for the selection criteria.
