Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the field of learning development?

We are seeking an experienced Learning Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our learning and development teams to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our members.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from developing new learning products to managing existing ones. You will also be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts and content providers to ensure that our learning experiences are relevant and effective.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in learning and development, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will also need to be able to think critically and creatively, and to be able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our members
  • Work closely with our learning and development teams to deliver these experiences
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and content providers to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
  • Degree in education, training, or related field
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to think critically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions
