**Your new role**

Leading a high performing marketing team, you will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of the organisation's marketing and advertising initiatives.

Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

- Plan, direct and coordinate the marketing budget in line with the organisation's goals.
- Development and execution of campaigns increasing brand awareness.
- Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities.
- Undertake market research to ensure competitive positioning.
- Lead a high performing team ensuring timely delivery of all marketing activities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or relevant discipline.
- Ten years experience of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility
- with a focus on marketing expansion.
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
- You will possess thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand and product placement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
