Together, we belong to something beautiful.Head of Marketing ANZThe Head of Marketing is responsible for leading Sephora's marketing strategy and organization for our Sephora ANZ business.
This includes building differentiation and superiority across our purchase funnel, leading omnichannel marketing campaigns, and managing deep marketing partnerships with our brand partners.
The role also involves guiding all event and social media strategies and in-store activations.
Additionally, the team will manage our loyalty program to support recruitment, retention, and repeat/up-tiering of our members.The Head of Marketing will collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure local effectiveness and scale, while also leading and coaching a team of 9 marketers.Key DeliverablesBrand health compared to competitorsLoyalty program performance (recruitment, retention, repeat, up-tiering)Brand partnership sales and investmentsCampaign performance analysisROI for social and PR programsProfitable market share growth (sales, profit, cash, market share)Employee engagementYou will excel here if you enjoy...Marketing Strategy and ExecutionPartnering with regional and global teams, develop and execute an effective ANZ marketing strategy focused on profitable share growth, delivered on time and within budget.
This includes:Implementing awareness and consideration campaigns across media and owned channelsSupporting brand partnerships for priority brandsEnsuring a strong omnichannel experience with retail and digital teamsDelivering commercial plans and promotions with on-brand assetsManaging marketing budgets and analyzing ROIDeveloping product marketing strategies for Sephora CollectionIntegrated MarketingSupport regional efforts in developing multi-brand, omnichannel campaigns that activate the full funnel and differentiate Sephora products.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure success in Australia and New Zealand.
Work closely with retail and digital teams to ensure high-quality execution across all touchpoints.
Conduct reporting and post-mortem analyses to improve performance.Brand Partner Marketing SupportDevelop plans with regional Brand Partnership teams to drive growth and support key brand prioritiesLead a team of 5 marketing experts to support brand partners and merchandising teamsSecure co-investment from brands for high-quality delivery and salesCoordinate with Merchandising, Digital, Retail, and Supply teams for cross-functional supportProvide performance reports to brand partners to ensure sales forecasts are met and marketing efforts are optimizedPR & SocialWork with regional PR & Social teams to generate high-quality earned content relevant to ANZ and create influencer opportunitiesManage the seasonal House of Sephora event to showcase new trends to influencersDevelop and execute social media content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Sephora's appFoster relationships with creators on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to generate earned coverage within the Sephora Squad influencer communityLoyaltyEnsure effective execution of the Beauty Pass program, including Rewards Boutique, Birthday, and Welcome Tier OffersBuild awareness and drive sign-ups and loyalty among membersStakeholder ManagementBuild consensus and collaborate with regional teams, sharing insights and data for optimal planningAdvocate for customer needs within the ANZ leadership team and support key partners across functionsIdeal Candidate ProfileA minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with leadership in brand management, ideally within a beauty FMCG or retail environment.Key CompetenciesFull-funnel brand management and 360 marketing experienceLeadership and team management skillsAbility to collaborate across complex organizations and with external partnersStrong leadership and accountability qualitiesOur Culture & BenefitsJoin a community that embraces authenticity and celebrates differences.
