**Aftermarket Consultant | Mercedes-Benz Melbourne**

Awarded AFR BOSS Best Places to Work 2022, Mercedes-Benz Melbourne is seeking a driven & motivated Aftermarket Consultant to join our Kings Way team.

**The Role**:

- Work with New & Used sales teams in relation to offerings of aftermarket products
- Communicate and provide appropriate warranty documentation.
- Generate income for the dealership from the sale of Aftermarket products (paint protection and associated products).
- Managing customer enquiries and follow ups on Aftermarket products and accessories.
- Monitor, inspect and approve treated vehicles in respect of Aftermarket products prior to delivery and communicate and facilitate correction of any issues.
- Delivering high standards of customer service
- Achieving sales & profit targets
- Maintaining product knowledge
- Establishing new & strengthening internal and external relationships

**About you**:

- The proven ability to provide exceptional and friendly customer service.
- Enthusiasm and drive to exceed targets.
- The ability to work well in a team and add to a great working culture.
- Capabilities to be self-motivated and perform work autonomously.
- The ability to maintain customer and business relationships.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
- Currently holding an VIC driver's licence
