**As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant,** you'll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by recommending and selling warranty and aftermarket accessories. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Tailoring Solutions**: Advising customers on aftermarket products and merchandise that best suit their needs and vehicle types.
- ** Overcoming Objections**: Answering customer queries and effectively addressing any concerns to facilitate sales.
- ** Closing Deals**: Collaborating with the finance department to successfully complete customer transactions.
- ** Knowledge Management**: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Extended Warranty Policies for both new and used vehicles, as well as compatible accessories and aftermarket products.
- ** CRM Management**: Efficiently building and maintaining our CRM system for optimal customer relationship management.
- ** Strategic Consulting**: Working closely with the Sales Manager and finance team to negotiate competitive pricing.
