**How will I help?**

As the Regional Manager, you play a crucial role in leading and developing a team of Franchise Field Managers in maintaining the RAMS Franchise Distribution Network in line with Franchise Management Framework, inclusive of managing Franchisee targets whilst ensuring all compliance obligations are met and identifying potential breaches of the Franchise Agreement. You will be responsible for the performance management of the franchise network, working with the Franchise Field Managers to identify potential areas of productivity gains for the network, whilst also developing a Region Plan. You'll also manage the Franchisee Management Network Engagement Program inclusive of regular communication to maintain trust with the franchisees, influencing the behaviours of franchisees to adopt the franchiser systems and policies.

**What do I need?**

We'd expect you to have experience in a similar role and have worked in a faced paced diverse environment with a good track record of sales management and experience in meeting and exceeding sales objectives and targets. You will have strong working knowledge of a franchise operating framework with a good understanding of key drivers in the housing loan market, home mortgage lending, and financial markets. Building strong relationships comes second nature to you; your excellent communication skills mean you thrive working in parallel with cross-functional teams.
