We are currently seeking an experienced **Regional Manager QLD **to join our team. The role will report to the National Manager - Defence. The Regional Manager position oversees the Hospitality and Catering contract across numerous Defence bases in the Queensland region

**The Position**:

- Oversee multiple sites in the Queensland region
- Boost financial performance of the sites
- Develop a collaborative and performance driven team
- Promote a high-performance culture through continuous improvement
- Drive operational efficiency that maximises commercial results
- Supporting high standards of performance in safety and employee capability
- Ensure targets are met in all MAP framework areas.
- Adhere to Defence policy and procedures

**The Person**:

- A positive and effective leader with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team across multiple locations and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Previous multi-site management experience essential, minimum of 2 years
- Previous experience of change management processes within a large team
- Create a vibrant hospitality culture across their portfolio
- Must be customer-centric and have a retail background
- Ability to drive and deliver food innovations
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Highly developed commercial skills
