
Customer Onboarding Specialist

This opportunity is within our Finance, Transformation and Operations division.
Responsibilities include assisting to onboard new customers, ensuring compliance with KYC standards and conducting calls for details verification.
- Ensure bank policies and regulatory obligations are met during customer onboarding.
- Onboard Non-Individual and related Individual customers in line with AML/CTF program.
- Engage stakeholders for procedural uplift and support team members.
- Timely completion of initial and ongoing KYC/Customer Due Diligence.
Banking or finance experience is advantageous for this role.
