The Position
As Clinical Care Manager, you'll play a vital leadership role, responsible for the overall coordination and clinical management of care within the home. You will:
Lead and manage the clinical care team to deliver high standards of evidence-based care.
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and evaluations to ensure individualised care.
Support the Facility Manager in the daily operations of the home, with a focus on compliance, quality improvement, and resident satisfaction.
Promote independence, diversity, dignity and a person-centred approach for all residents.
Mentor, develop, and supervise staff to ensure professional growth, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Stay abreast of the evolving aged care landscape to ensure the service remains innovative and compliant.
