Based out of our Melbourne Head office, you will join our Finance team as the Procure-to-Pay Analyst. This role is tasked with end-to-end supplier rebates for Sodexo Australia and Sodexo remote sites.

Sodexo is a global organisation, highly recognised within the Energy & Resources and corporate sectors across Australia. We support flexible work arrangements, this role works 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday), the remainder of the week is WFH.

**About the role**

Reporting to the P2P Manager you have proven experience a similar role within the AP function. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including our On and Off-shore finance teams, Supply chain, Sourcing managers and our third party Vendors. This is a permanent full time role, 38hrs per week.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Processing of supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies, and preparing payment
- Proactively analysis processes making recommendations for process improvement
- Responsible for purchasing income reporting and analysis
- Set up new rebate customer accounts, verify vendor bank details
- P&L allocation reporting
- Responsible for the monitoring and administration of Rebate Collection (Deferred and Brand Loyalty Rebates
- Responsible for completing the P&L allocation report
- Assist Offshore in terms of issues encountered in payment runs

**Who are we looking for?**
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or related field
- User experienced with Microsoft AX Dynamics experience
- Intermediate to Advance skills in MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication
