**Description**:
Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and procurement excellence? Osborne Richardson have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Analyst to join our clients in Local Government on an initial 3-month contract, and make a meaningful impact in Melton, Victoria.
About the Role:
As a Procurement Analyst, your primary objective is to develop procurement intelligence from various data sources. You will play a pivotal role in informing procurement decisions, supporting performance improvement, and identifying potential issues and opportunities for our valued client, a local government entity in Melton.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyse, and interpret procurement-related data to create actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and recommendations.
- Monitor procurement performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in data analysis and procurement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
