About The Role
BOQ Group are looking for an experienced Procurment Analyst/Officer to join our Procurement Enterprise Services team.

This position is responsible for supporting all activities in the procurement lifecycle including planning, sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, stakeholder management, and supplier management. This includes performing analytical and administrative duties within the Procurement Enterprise Services team, along with taking responsibility for nominated portfolios across professional services (including consulting and legal), corporate and property services, and a range of other related financial services.

The objective of the position is to support the delivery of procurement solutions that maximise value, manage risk, improve efficiencies and ensure quality for the BOQ Group.

About You

  • Experience in some or all aspects of the procurement lifecycle including, but not limited to 'Go to Market' activities, proposal evaluation, commercial analysis, drafting and negotiation of contracts/agreements.
  • Experience in Professional and/or Corporate Services desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience in a centralised / multi-category environment
  • Strong experience working as a procurement analyst / specialist in Financial Services (or similar) preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship building capability.
  • Commercial and data driven analytical skills and procurement acumen
  • A confident communication style with the ability to tailor correspondence and advice across different stakeholders
  • Experience in sourcing and procurement technology usage and / or implementation, spend analysis, supplier negotiations, contract development and supplier risk management is desirable but not mandatory
  • Financial Services experience is desirable but not mandatory
