This well established not for profit that support vulnerable people in the community through services including homeless support, foster care, kinship care, community education and family reconciliation. They have a small established donor base and are seeking a relationships manager to foster donor engagement, support donor events and campaigns, as well as lead the acquisition of new corporate partnerships and philanthropic donors.
- A tertiary qualification and 5+ years related experience in Relationship Management/ Fundraising
- Extensive knowledge of supporter engagement and fundraising methodologies and principles
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to mobilise diverse stakeholders and demonstrate impact, both in terms of client and financial outcomes
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to persuasively convey an ask
- A self starter who is resourceful and able to time manage and prioritise effectively.
