This destination lifestyle precinct is a vision of some of Australia and the world's most celebrated changemakers, risk takers, and creative thinkers.As a key member of the Executive Committee, you will partner closely with the GM and senior leaders to drive performance and provide strategic financial insights.About The RoleReview the Resort Day Pack to ensure adherence to policies & proceduresAuthorize financial requisitions in Purchase Plus for the ResortReview & approve journals posted in SUN by the Finance teamAuthorize and sign all outgoing payments for the Resort in conjunction with the General ManagerOversee and assist with AR, AP, Payroll, & Cashiering functions as requiredManage end-of-month processes including posting journals in SUN, reviewing the P&L for correct coding of revenue and expenses, and reconciling all balance sheet accountsReconcile revenue between the accounting system and Opera PMSReview fortnightly payroll, conduct payroll system audits, and check Super StaplingApprove weekly/fortnightly Accounts Payable paymentsOversee weekly payroll productivity meetingsMondrian Hotels is part of Ennismore, a global hospitality company in partnership with Accor.
