Key Responsibilities Act as HR for the APAC region, with a focus on Australia and key Asian markets.
Partner with HQ to implement global HR strategies and ensure local relevance.
Advise business leaders on performance, talent development, employee relations, and org design.
Support end-to-end HR operations: hiring, onboarding, engagement, and compliance.
Lead or support regional HR projects and cross-country collaboration.
Requirements Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering or regional HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices in Australia and across Asia.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is a plus.
