We innovate through a culture of experimentation and ownership, enhancing the ability for our customers to experience the world.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects.Deliver research outputs needed by Product teams to inform strategic decisions.Define research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, and communication.Inform product design, user experience, market strategy, and product direction through research findings.QualificationsMaster degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze and communicate research.Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.).
Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, cross-tabs, statistics).
Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors.Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data.Strong critical thinking beyond explicit business requests and excellent storytelling/communication to diverse audiences (in English).
