User Experience Researcher

The research findings impact Agoda's business by informing design, user experience, product direction, market strategy or similar.
This position is open to worldwide candidates with relocation assistance to Bangkok.
Responsibilities Lead core end-to-end research activities – including driving research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication.
Demonstrate critical thinking beyond explicit business requests.
Function independently in all operational research tasks.
Drive cross-discipline collaboration by applying research insights to teams and projects.
Qualifications Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
Experience planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research.
Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing) and quantitative research (metrics, surveys, sampling, analysis).
Experience evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors.
Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative data; strong storytelling and communication skills (English).
Collaborative work style in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
