Senior User Experience Researcher (Bangkok – Based, Relocation provided) – Based in Bangkok with relocation assistance.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand. This role is open to worldwide candidates and relocation is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects.
  • Deliver research outputs needed by Product teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Define research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, and communication.
  • Inform product design, user experience, market strategy, and product direction through research findings.
Qualifications
  • Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
  • Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze and communicate research.
  • Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.).
  • Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, cross-tabs, statistics).
  • Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors.
  • Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong critical thinking beyond explicit business requests and excellent storytelling/communication to diverse audiences (in English).
  • Collaborative work style in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Drive cross-discipline collaboration through research insights.
  • Collaborate efficiently with researchers and other disciplines with clear ownership.
  • Communicate clearly, tailoring to different audiences, open to input and feedback.
