Job Title: Senior UX Researcher

Location: Bangkok

This role involves owning end-to-end research projects to inform product strategies. As a senior researcher, you will lead the planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects to drive design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, and communication plans to drive product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless research implementation.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in user experience research methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
  • Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze, and communicate complex research findings.
