As an Employment Consultant in the recently announced Inclusive Employment Australia, you'll work closely with people with disability to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities.
You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations.
Responsibilities Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employmentDeveloping positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participantsEnhancing employability through referral to support services and trainingProviding in-employment support to sustain employmentMarketing your participants' skills to prospective employersAchieving program performance and quality benchmarksKeeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirementsActively participating in the local community to promote services Qualifications / We are looking for individuals who are Passionate & Motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed in employmentRelationship Builders who have strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with participants and employersQuality focused with an attention to detail and an ability to follow guidelinesProblem solvers with the ability to think outside the square and develop strategies to place participants into sustainable employmentTech-Savvy and confident in using computers and online systemsAt Sureway, we believe in offering more than just a job.
