**OPSM Store Manager - Victor Harbor**

We are seeking a talented and experienced **Store Manager **for our **OPSM Victor Harbor **store to support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results

At OPSM we pride ourselves on delivering premium service to our customers from the moment they walk through our doors, identifying their eyecare needs and requirements, including pre-testing, dispensing, to finally customising high-fashion frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle.

In this critical role, you will:

- Directly service customers to the highest possible standards
- Manage store & stock presentation to Visual Merchandising standards
- Ensure store is adequately resourced with the right people with appropriate skill levels to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coach, develop and guide team to deliver the best customer experience.
- Respond to all customer complaints in an effective, professional and timely manner
- Train and develop retail team in product and technical knowledge and how to utilize this knowledge in the sales process.
- Manage team, conflict & below expectation performance in an effective and timely manner.
- Execute and cascade company directives to team in an effective and timely manner.
- Provide constructive performance feedback to store team members
- Create an inspiring and engaging team environment.
- Generate innovative ideas, suggestions, solutions and opportunities that help achieve business results.
- Achieve sales budgets and KPI's.
- Provide requested reports and information to Director within required timeframe.

Applicant will possess:

- Retail management experience in high volume, fast paced retail environments
- Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
- Ability to coach, lead, inspire and engage retail team members
- Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship building skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Optical experience is highly desirable but not essential as we provide excellent training
