About the Role

As an Administration Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our community, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the experience of our residents.

Availability Requirement: The successful candidate must be available to work Fridays and be flexible to pick up occasional extra days as required.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests.
  • Manage communications and support the resident move-in process.
  • Organise community events and social activities.
  • Assist the Village Manager with essential administrative tasks.

  • A passion for service and community engagement.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint & D365 desirable but not essential).
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Availability to work Fridays and flexibility to take on occasional extra days as required.
