As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our residents and fostering a welcoming, connected community.About the RoleAs an Administration Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our community, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the experience of our residents.Availability Requirement: The successful candidate must be available to work Fridays and be flexible to pick up occasional extra days as required.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests.Manage communications and support the resident move-in process.Organise community events and social activities.Assist the Village Manager with essential administrative tasks.What We're Looking ForWe'd love to hear from you if you have:A passion for service and community engagement.Strong organisational and communication skills.The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint & D365 desirable but not essential).
