**The Role**
We have a sensational opportunity for a technically minded Operations Team Leader to join our busy workshop within our plant at Moorabbin, VIC working with our Cold Drinks Operations (CDO) team. The Operations Team Leader role is central to the state leadership team. It is responsible for the coaching and safety of our Workshop and Deck Centre teams. At its core is the collaboration with sales partners and peers to ensure customers receive equipment as promised and on time to high quality standards to grow hot and cold drink sales.

- Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Strong inventory management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Equipment & Services processes and systems
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to manage cost centre and budgets
- Workshop & Warehouse Operations Experience
**Key responsibilities**
- To ensure commitments made to CCEP customers with respect to equipment placements and removals are fulfilled and that exceptions are managed appropriately
- Execution of movement requests on time
- Actively manage outstanding demand and ensure equipment is processed in line with customer expectations and SLA dates
- Management and accountability of CCEP's equipment inventory
- Coach and develop teams
- Drive continuous improvement at a team and management level
- Proactive communication to internal & external customers
- Manage spend in line with activity and budget
- Manage internal activity cross charges
- Manage activity rate analysis in line with budget
- Review invoices for accuracy
