We are seeking very kind, caring and experienced Support Workers to assist 2 of our lovely Participant requiring 24/7 support.

Available Shift Times: 7am-4pm & 4pm-7am (with an inactive sleepover)

Our Participant's will need you to assist them with:

- Activities of daily living.
- Community and social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.

- A **genuine passion **for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances.
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability.
- The right to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $36.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
