We foster a "people first" culture where both Participant's and Team Members are highly valued.

We are seeking a team of **12-15** **kind and caring FEMALE Support Workers **to assist our lovely Participant's who we support on a 24/7 basis. Some but not all of our current positions will require experience in psychosocial support.
- Our Participant's will need you to assist them with:_
- Activities of daily living.
- Community and social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.
- To continue providing high quality care, Home Caring require our Support Workers to have:_
- A **genuine passion **for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience
- Fluent spoken English
- NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card) (required)
- Blue Card (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- The right to work in Australia

**Shifts available**:

- Morning
- Afternoon + Inactive Sleepover
- Active nights

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
