Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

We are seeking a Community Support Worker who will work collaboratively with our clients to build staff around their individual needs and preferences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with daily living skills, health and wellbeing, and recreational activities.

Cert III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent is highly desirable but not necessary.

An unrestricted QLD driver's licence and access to a reliable insured vehicle are required.

You should be highly organised, flexible and reliable, with the ability to respond to last minute shifts/ crisis and emergency shifts.

Previous experience with behaviour support plans would be an advantage but not essential.

Confidence in de-escalating behaviours of concern is important.

A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to employment is required.

NDIS Worker screening check or the immediate ability to apply is required.

Working with Children Check (or the ability to attain one) is required.

National police clearance check is required.

Access to a smart phone and ability to navigate and utilize apps is required.
