As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Lead, People Development to join our Human Resources team in Brisbane.

The Lead, People Development is passionate about supporting performance through innovative learning and development solutions. In this role, you will champion learning and development initiatives and support the delivery of our Learning mandate across Hatch's Australia-Asia region.
- Conduct or oversee Hatch learning program implementation to ensure timely execution of learning programs including relevant change management, communication strategies/tactics and post-performance support
- Facilitate and/or moderate as required
- Support solution implementation logistics including scheduling, pre/post material distribution and LMS related requirements
- Track and report on project/program milestones
- Execute and monitor evaluation and measurement plans, completing data analytics and communicating business impact to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the effective utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and networks for the Australia-Asia region
- Create and track regional fiscal training budget
- Continually stay abreast of emerging best practice as it relates to learning experience design, learning analytics, leadership development, onboarding and mentoring
- Act as a strategic learning advisor, taking a consultative approach to understanding business needs and adapting effective, innovative, and high-quality learning programs that deliver measurable results
- Be passionate about creating a high-quality, seamless user experience across our learning ecosystem that drives effective adoption

**You bring to the role**:
Suitable tertiary qualifications combined with experience in successfully planning, managing and delivering concurrent, large, and complex blended learning solutions with specific timelines. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-group collaboration, multiple stakeholder groups and communicating with senior leadership.

You will also have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives. Your proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint will set you up for success in this role. Ultimately you are a team-player committed to the ongoing learning and development of our diverse teams at Hatch
