Job Opportunity

W Sydney is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to focus on customer service and maintenance of our restaurant. This integral role will create unique and vibrant experiences for guests, collaborating closely with management.

This position requires passion for curating diverse and authentic experiences for guests, creating memories for a lifetime, and working in a team with fun-loving individuals who deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staff works together as a team to ensure optimum service and guest needs are met.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the appropriate department or contact directly for urgent repairs.
  • Report employee, guest, and/or vendor incidents and accidents to management and Loss Prevention at the time of the incident and/or accident.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team goals, and listen to the concerns of other employees.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
