At Kinshofer, we offer our customers an extensive range of attachments for equipment carriers with or without hydraulics for scrap, demolition, track construction, landscaping, general construction, snow clearing, excavation, road construction, forestry, recycling and more.
**About the Role**:
Due to our growing business, we are looking for an energetic and proactive Regional Sales Manager to join our team You will be a key player within the region, developing and building the customer and distributor network for our NOX product whilst managing our customer experience.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities that maximize sales through building robust partnerships with current accounts and new target accounts. You will become the region sales and technical expert for our NOX product and understand the regional landscape to showcase our product to penetrating into new markets and regions. The role will also conduct market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and increase product knowledge across the region.
- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing and building strong relationships with current and perspective accounts.
- Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.
- Providing technical expertise to customers to secure sales and provide a comprehensive aftermarket service.
- Working closely with the partners in region to ensure warranty claims, repairs and servicing are completed where appropriate and in a timely manner, communicating regularly with customers.
- Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
**About You**:
