Security Sensitive Transport West Contracts Supervisor – Kewdale WA

The role and scope of a Contract Supervisor -

Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Supervisor to manage and organise drivers in the transport of ammonium nitrate products to customer sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

As a Contract Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are dispatched efficiently and in compliance with road safety legislation and customer contractual requirements. You will also serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through daily operational communication.

Duties and Responsibilities / a day in the life of the Contract Supervisor –

  • Comply with HSE responsibilities and adhere to statutory and regulatory environmental standards at all levels.

  • Review monthly & quarterly forecasts to ensure fleet & manning numbers meet requirements (as per contract requirement).

  • Where required, mobilise additional (task specific) assets, drivers, or sub-contractors that meet customer requirements.

  • Create and maintain a schedule that allows effective and efficient utilisation of company assets.

  • Continuous review of rosters & asset schedules to ensure changes in the task environment are considered and catered for.

  • Work with customer to ensure all weekly orders are fulfilled by offering logistical solutions to peak orders or out of scope work.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service orientation - Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt and manage change with our customers and what adds value to them.

  • Microsoft office suite expertise including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.

  • Ability to consider a broad range of internal and external factors when solving problems and making decisions.
