We have a great opportunity to join the team for Mobilisation Coordinator in our Perth Office.

**Responsibilities will Include, but are not limited to**:

- All facets of Site Mobilisation including rostering, travel, and accommodation arrangement
- Manage changes to travel in a timely manner ensuring all approvals are received and reporting is updated
- Ensure compliance of Travel Management Policy and maintain cost effective booking practices
- On-boarding new site employees ensuring employees are organised and prepared to commence on site
- Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site
- Updating and issuing client daily and weekly reports
- Communicating and liaising with site administration
- Raising and managing supplier purchase orders through Approval Max

**To be successful, the following criteria will be highly regarded**:

- Previous mobilisation experience
- Understanding the nature of fast paced project environments
- Positive, engaging personality with a "can do attitude"
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail with accurate computer and data entry skills
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders
- Team player who is willing to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required
