Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mobilisation Coordinator based in Perth, WA, with some work from home acceptable. The Mobilisation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of rope access technicians for projects, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Additional tasks include preparing project documentation, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the management team with operational activities.

Qualifications

  • Project coordination and scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in industrial services
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in documentation and administrative tasks
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the rope access industry or similar preferable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferable
