**The Sime Darby Motors Group in Sydney owns and operates several automotive dealerships, representing some of the world's most desirable automotive brands including BMW, MINI, Porsche and Volkswagen.**

**The Position**:
If you are looking for a start in the automotive industry, or you have a desire to build on your existing dealership experience, this is the position for you.

An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a Registration Clerk/Sales Administrator to join our close knit and supportive registration team.

Working closely within a team environment, if successful for this role, you will be an integral part of our customer experience with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- Ensuring administration duties relative to stock control and sales are attended to in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Provide efficient support to Management with regard to vehicle follow-up, reports, and stock requirements.
- Promptly complete dealer swaps and registration processes of vehicles.
- Registering vehicles (training provided).
- Data maintenance for the Sales Department across multiple computer platforms.
- Processing internal paperwork concerning deliveries.

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role you must be able to prioritise your work and be able to multitask effectively. You will have a positive work ethic, excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail. You will be highly confident with computers with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Prior experience within an automotive dealership (particularly vehicle registrations) and/or a Business Administration qualification will be looked upon favourably.
