As a Vehicle Registration Clerk / Receptionist, you'll support the dealership by handling vehicle registration paperwork and providing front-desk customer service. You'll ensure all EV sales and leases are registered accurately and in compliance with local regulations, while also being the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vehicle registrations, titles, and license plates for new EVs

Prepare and submit rms paperwork

Maintain accurate records and files

Answer incoming calls and greet visitors

Assist with scheduling and general administrative support

Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations

Ideal Candidate:

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with paperwork

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

Experience with vehicle registration or automotive admin is a plus

Familiarity with EVs or interest in sustainability is a bonus
