We value our people as one of our greatest assets and are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.We are currently seeking an exceptional Registrations Clerk to work within our Stock Control team based in Tweed Heads.About the role :Complete and authorise NSW registrationsRegister vehicles in line with Frizelle Sunshine Automotive guidelinesSupport our Sales department as requiredReconciliation of tasks such as registrations and floorplansCoordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealershipsProcess development and improvement as requiredGeneral administration dutiesGeneral HousekeepingWhat we are looking for :Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelExcellent time-management and attention to detailBrilliant communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholdersERA experience preferred however not essentialKnowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded however not essentialWillingness to learn - full training providedAny automotive administration experience highly regardedBenefits :Embrace development and mentoring from your team, fostering personal and professional growth
