We are looking for a super organised enthusiastic individual to join the team and run the cellar door at our family owned and run boutique vineyard in the Southern Highlands of NSW.

Our cellar door has been awarded Best Small Cellar Door in the Southern Highlands for 4 years and we are looking to grow and expand yet retain the love and attention to detail that we currently exude. This year our vineyard has almost doubled in size and we have plans afoot to build a new winery and cellar door on site that we hope and expect to become an iconic destination.

The package can include accommodation in a 3 bedroom farm house on the property, salary and bonus, along with the other many perks that come with living on a vineyard.

Job Requirements
- An understanding and passion for premium wine
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Strong work ethic and high levels of self-motivation with attention to detail.
- The ability to think logically, learn quickly and problem solve
- A hands on, and flexible approach to the role
- Managing and coaching and rostering staff
- Managing and supporting the growth of our wine club
- Stock management
- Social media and marketing
- Working weekends and public holidays on a rolling roster.
