**Who You Are**:
You are a passionate wine enthusiast with a solid understanding of viticulture and winemaking processes. Holding at least a WSET Level 2 certification (or equivalent experience in employment or study), you have the knowledge and charisma to engage customers and enhance their experience at our Cellar Door. Your enthusiasm for wine is only matched by your commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Provide outstanding service and create memorable experiences for visitors, fostering loyalty and increasing sales.
- **Sales Management**: Drive sales of our current and back vintage wines, along with wine club subscriptions. Educate customers about our offerings and effectively promote our brand.
- **Food Ordering & Supplier Relations**: Manage food ordering and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to ensure high-quality offerings that complement our wines.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee logistics, including Australia Post and Wine Run deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to uphold our brand standards and provide excellent service.
- **Venue Upkeep**: Ensure cleanliness and organization of both the interior and exterior of the Lakehouse venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- **Marketing Support**: Utilize Canva and other marketing tools to assist in promotional activities and events. Contribute to marketing materials that reflect our brand identity.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**: Represent K1 Wines at offsite events, showcasing our wines and engaging with the community to enhance brand visibility and recognition.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum WSET Level 2 certification (or equivalent experience in employment or study)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for sales and relationship-building.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to delight customers.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design software is desirable.
- Ideally, experience in a similar role within the wine industry or similar.
- A current RSA badge, Food Safety Certificate, and a full Australian driver's licence.
