Role: Roving Care and Services Lead
Your focus will be to stand in as a Service Manager or Clinical Manager, as required, to cover leave occurrences. A secondary purpose is to guide, support and mentor Managers within Palm Lake Care in their role, inclusive of onboarding supports.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager in providing clear operational oversight and communication with Community updates.
Assist as required with developing contemporary systems and processes to support delivery of best care outcomes for residents.
Responsible for the overall management of the continuous improvement system, including continuous improvement activities and corrective action plans
In collaboration with site personnel and Group ANACC Coordinator, oversee the resident assessment process to ensure that ANACC documentation is completed in accordance with Commonwealth requirements for the community
Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
Act as a mentor and role model, promoting Palm Lake Care's vision, purpose, and priorities.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, staff, and external partners.
About You
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record in driving performance excellence.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Demonstrated understanding and compliance with the Aged Care Quality standards.
Willingness to travel frequently to various Palm Lake Care locations.
