Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Roving Clinical Quality Advisor to provide support to Residential Aged Care Facilities across Queensland.

This is an autonomous role that offers exceptional training, extensive travel opportunities, and continuous education and career development.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality improvement, risk management, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collating environmental reviews, audits, and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Implementing necessary changes with the team to drive quality outcomes
  • Conducting ACFI reviews to ensure accurate assessments
  • Identifying site-specific risks and developing strategies for success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Registered Nursing qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and develop responses to complaints
  • Experience in quality improvement, risk management, and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
