About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roving Clinical Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the flexibility to work at multiple locations across Queensland, providing support to clinical management teams within residential aged care facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Aged Care sector, with experience in improving clinical indicators and business performance targets. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently and professionally with minimal supervision.

  • Duties:
  • Provide comprehensive support to clinical management teams to improve clinical indicators and business performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided by residential aged care facilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing or Social Sciences.
  • Experience in Aged Care accreditation and the clinical standards, dementia, and challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
